Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff promptly
• Support residents with meals and hydration, monitoring intake and preferences
• Maintain a clean, dignified, and respectful environment while following infection control standards
• Build meaningful connections with residents and brighten their day with kindness

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Measuring and recording vital signs accurately
• Effective communication with residents, families, and the care team
• Infection prevention and control practices
• Basic medical terminology
• Teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude
