Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs, observe and report changes in patient condition
Support safe transfers, mobility and positioning for residents
Maintain a clean, safe care environment and follow infection control practices
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with nursing team
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families to support well being

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — Pennsylvania certification preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Dependable, compassionate, and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic patient care and assistance with ADLs
Comfortable taking vitals and documenting observations accurately
Basic infection control and safety procedures knowledge
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans and direction from licensed nurses
