Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including hygiene, mobility support, and feeding assistance
Assist nurses with vital signs, documentation, and patient observations
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team
Assist with transfers and mobility using proper body mechanics and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts as scheduled by the facility
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care procedures and infection control practices
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Strong observational skills to notice changes in patient condition
Teamwork and a collaborative mindset in a clinical setting
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
