Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and feeding
Monitor and document patient status and report changes to the care team
Support mobility and safe transfers with proper technique
Help create a comfortable, respectful environment for patients and families
Collaborate with nurses and support staff to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
Comfortable working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Demonstrated reliability and a caring attitude toward patients
Ability to pass facility-required background and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Successful completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills for patient care and hygiene support
Familiarity with patient documentation and reporting best practices
Knowledge of safe patient handling and infection prevention
Ability to follow care plans and take direction from nursing staff
Customer-service mindset when interacting with patients and families
