Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Measure and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Provide compassionate direct care and emotional support to residents and families
Maintain clean, safe patient environments and follow infection control procedures
Document care provided clearly and promptly in resident records
Collaborate with RNs and other team members to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar setting preferred
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background checks
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients as required by the role

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and personal care assistance
Taking and recording vitals
Basic infection control and safety procedures
Patient documentation and charting
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
