Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in daily activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Document patient care and observations diligently
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification preferred
• Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to stand, lift, and move patients safely

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy in caring for others
• Attention to detail in documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
