Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals and hydration
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous long-term care experience a plus but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and following care plans
• Physical stamina to assist with patient lifts and mobility
