Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and patients
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Support mobility and transfer needs
• Document patient care accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work NOC shifts and adapt to changing needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant principles
• Skills in taking vital signs and patient observation
• Ability to follow care plans and facility protocols
• Time management and organizational skills
