Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
• Assist with mobility and transfer needs using proper techniques
• Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant principles and practices
• Skill in providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
