Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents and patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Support safe patient handling and mobility, helping reduce falls and keep everyone moving
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team—your eyes matter
Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and documenting accurately
Assist with feeding, hygiene, and dressing while preserving patient dignity
Work collaboratively with nurses and support staff to deliver excellent, team-driven care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — ready to work in Georgia
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Willingness and ability to work 12.5-hour shifts
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
Dependable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly with patients and the care team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient hygiene
Knowledge of basic infection control and safety procedures
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and observations
Strong interpersonal and compassionate communication skills
Reliable documentation practices and attention to detail
Team player who supports nurses and other clinical staff
