Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility, meals, and personal hygiene
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
• BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic medical knowledge and vital sign monitoring
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Empathy and respect for residents' dignity
