Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support mealtimes by assisting with feeding and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with the care team to deliver the highest quality of care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with facility requirements
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong observation and communication skills to report changes in resident condition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident confidentiality
• Physical stamina to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for long periods
