Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and residents
• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Support nursing staff with clinical and clerical tasks
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
• Keep patient rooms and common areas safe, clean, and welcoming

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic nature
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
• A commitment to patient safety and quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of patient care techniques and ADL assistance
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Experience with electronic health records and documentation
• Ability to stay calm and composed in fast-paced situations
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Excellent observational and reporting abilities
