Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents and staff
• Foster meaningful connections and uphold residents' dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to quality care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Skill in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Ability to use adaptive equipment and lift/gait belts
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
