Location: Newburgh, Indiana
Start Date: 08-11-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible shifts as needed, day/night/rotating, 12.5-hour shifts
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care under RN supervision
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report vital signs and patient conditions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Support interdisciplinary team in achieving patient goals
Qualifications
- Must hold current CNA certification in Indiana
- Previous acute care or rehab experience preferred but not required
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Passion for helping others and making a difference
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Time management and adaptability
