Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to patients in an acute rehabilitation setting
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support patients in their recovery journey with encouragement and empathy
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and team members

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Illinois
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care
• Ability to follow instructions and document accurately
• Time management and prioritization skills
