Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Acute Care
Location: Moline, Illinois
Start Date: 08-11-2026
End Date: 09-19-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends as assigned
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to patients in an acute rehabilitation setting
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support patients in their recovery journey with encouragement and empathy
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and team members
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Illinois
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care
- Ability to follow instructions and document accurately
- Time management and prioritization skills
