Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in an acute setting
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Support patient rehabilitation and recovery

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in Indiana
• BLS certification preferred
• Experience in acute care setting a plus
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
