Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents in a warm long-term care setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance resident well-being
• Document care accurately to ensure seamless continuity

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
• Ready for local contract starting ASAP

Education

• Completion of accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in medication administration
• Compassionate patient-centered approach
