Bill Rate: $75.26 - $105.59

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Quality Management & Accreditation division
Lead and integrate quality improvement across all divisions
Formulate and implement Quality Management policies and procedures
Manage accreditation requirements and ensure compliance
Approve and ensure compliance with quality improvement processes

Qualifications

RN License or comparable clinical degree
Master's degree in health-related or business field preferred
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required within 18 months of hire
Five years' healthcare administration or performance improvement management experience
Three years' experience supervising healthcare professionals

Education

Master's degree in health-related or business field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Quality and performance improvement strategies
Accrediting agency requirements
Infection prevention and safety practices
Risk management and total quality management principles
Program planning, implementation, and evaluation
Critical thinking and leadership skills
