Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with planning, directing and organizing the Case Management Department to deliver top-notch patient care
Provide strong leadership and oversight for case management, discharge planning and utilization review
Coordinate organization-wide services while continuously assessing and improving departmental performance
Demonstrate responsible management of resources and ensure staff professional needs are met
Lead, teach and inspire your team to uphold the highest healthcare standards

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
Current Montana Registered Nurse licensure
Three years leadership experience in a high-volume case management program in a hospital or clinic
Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing, MBA or related field
Preferred: Case Management leadership experience in a high-volume hospital or clinic setting

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN required); Master’s degree in Nursing, MBA or related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and managerial skills to plan, delegate and improve performance
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, EMR and standard office equipment
Sound judgement, patience and professional demeanor in busy environments
Creativity, problem-solving, detail-oriented organizational skills and ability to prioritize
