Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures as a key member of the operating room team
• Prepare and maintain sterile field and surgical instruments
• Anticipate surgeon's needs and pass instruments efficiently
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to provide excellent care

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in surgical setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control
• Familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to different surgical specialties
