Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in cardiovascular operating room procedures with precision and care
Prepare surgical suites and equipment for optimal patient outcomes
Support surgeons and nurses during complex operations
Maintain sterile fields to ensure safety and success
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional surgical experiences

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
Experience in CVOR or cardiovascular procedures
Current BLS certification
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Education

Completion of an accredited surgical technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterilization techniques
Knowledge of cardiovascular surgery protocols
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs in high-stakes settings
