Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to patients in the ICU, making a real difference every shift
- Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Administer treatments and medications that save lives
- Advocate for patients and their families during challenging times
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for critical care
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in ICU protocols and emergency response
- Proficiency with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and drips
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
