Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to med/surg patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments effectively
- Advocate for patients to ensure their needs are met
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical judgment and patient focus
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in med/surg patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail in documentation and assessments
