Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but we welcome new graduates
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of pediatric communication and swallowing disorders
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
