Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and staff coordination
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Develop and implement care plans for residents
• Manage unit budgets and resources efficiently
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing facilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
