Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and staff coordination
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Develop and implement care plans for residents
- Manage unit budgets and resources efficiently
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing facilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
