Bill Rate: $50.14 - $70.35

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the Specialty Clinic team, coaching, staffing, and building a culture of safety, quality, and respect
Partner with the Director of Specialty Services and the Supervisor of Scheduling & Referral Coordination to optimize schedules, referrals, and access
Standardize and improve workflows to enhance throughput, reduce wait times, and strengthen the patient experience
Ensure clinical reliability, policies, procedures, and competencies are current, understood, and consistently followed
Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

5+ years of varied RN experience, including ≥1 year in ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare
Active RN license in the U.S. (Alaska or ability to obtain)
Proven strengths in team leadership, change management, and service excellence

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing
Bachelor's degree preferred
