Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in need
Quickly assess and stabilize critical conditions in the ER
Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide top-notch treatment
Monitor patient progress and advocate for their best outcomes
Handle high-pressure situations with skill and confidence

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Recent ER experience to hit the ground running
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency response and trauma care
Strong assessment and prioritization skills
Proficiency with ER protocols and equipment
Excellent communication in fast-paced environments
