Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 2 weekends per pay period requirement

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care in a high-acuity Burn Trauma ICU saving lives daily
Manage wound care, codes, EVDs, and MTP protocols with precision
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 85 staff across 30 beds
Utilize cutting-edge critical care equipment and Meditech EMR
Float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or PCU units as needed
Champion patient ratios of 2:1 in ICU for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license ready to hit the ground running
At least 1 year of ICU experience, preferably Trauma, Burn, or Surgical
Strong communication and critical thinking skills that shine in chaos
Team player who asks questions and jumps in to help others
Comfortable with weekend shifts and floating to sister units

Education

BSN preferred for this high-impact role

Knowledge & Skills

Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, and Surgical ICU expertise
Advanced critical thinking for fast-paced decisions
Exceptional communication to connect with patients and teams
Proficiency with critical care equipment and Meditech EMR
