Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional respiratory therapy to pediatric patients and their families
• Assess patient respiratory status and implement individualized care plans
• Operate and monitor respiratory equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient responses and adjust therapies as clinically indicated
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and techniques

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Ohio or ability to obtain one
• Current BLS certification required; PALS or ACLS preferred
• Experience with pediatric respiratory care is a plus
• New graduates are welcome to apply - we provide support and mentorship

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with mechanical ventilation, oxygen delivery, and respiratory devices
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment
