Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients with urgent medical needs
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on severity
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on follow-up care
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in urgent care or emergency
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient volumes

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and triage skills
• Proficiency in IV insertion and wound care
• Knowledge of urgent care procedures and protocols
• Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
