Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12 hour shifts, rotating including every other weekend, with varying start times: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 48

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg setting
Administer medications and titrate drips as needed
Utilize EPIC EMR system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care
Participate in hourly rounding to improve patient experience

Qualifications

Current RN license
1 year of experience in PCU, Oncology, or MedSurg
BLS, ACLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required
Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg
Ability to titrate drips and administer medications
EPIC EMR system proficiency
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
