Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 10-hour days
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Outpatient physical therapy experience
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
- Orthopedic diagnosis and management
- Patient communication and education
