Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to med/surg patients
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions based on individual patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient vital signs and promptly respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire (or compact license accepted)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Previous med/surg nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of med/surg nursing principles and best practices
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients
• Compassion and empathy when caring for patients and families
