Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Document patient care thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and changing patient needs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• Current BLS certification (CPR) from AHA or equivalent
• Previous Med/Surg nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work 12.5-hour per diem shifts as needed
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of medical-surgical nursing principles
• Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
• Team collaboration and adaptability
