Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, intervening promptly to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, perform treatments, and educate patients and families on health management
Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg or Telemetry experience preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient needs

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable with electronic health records and hospital technology
