Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts available, including 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort and safety
Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal hygiene
Collaborate with nursing team to ensure highest quality of care
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant procedures and safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Empathy and respect for residents' dignity and privacy
