Shift Type: Flexible scheduling, overnight shifts available (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to patients in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support patients with mobility and transfers
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current CPR certification (BLS)
At least 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience when caring for others
Basic understanding of infection control practices
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to follow care plans and instructions
