Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with compassion and respect
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities to enhance residents' quality of life
Collaborate with nurses and aides to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
CPR certification required
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Effective communication and teamwork
Compassionate and patient-centered care
