Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient plans of care
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Document patient information according to standards of care
Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities

Qualifications

Current IL License
2+ years of ICU experience
Cardiac experience required
CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing process
Collaboration with interdisciplinary team
Medication administration
Patient plan of care
Critical thinking
