Shift Type: 0630-1830 or 1830-0630, 36 hours/week, every other weekend, minimum 2 holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to trauma, cardiac, and sepsis patients in a 33-bed ICU
Titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation with precision and confidence
Interpret and document tele strips on GE monitors while collaborating with tele techs
Float to PCU or MedSurg maintaining fair patient ratios
Troubleshoot vents from nasal cannula to full support, making a real difference daily

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Valid driver's license
Ready to pass a 90% open-book skills exam during orientation

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in titratable drips like cardiac meds and sedation
Proficiency reading tele strips and managing vents/CPAP/BiPAP
Strong assessment skills for stroke, heart failure, and respiratory cases
Team player comfortable floating to PCU and MedSurg
