Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes
Prioritize and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
Identify barriers to effective communication and provide patient education
Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel and precept student nurses

Qualifications

Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license
2 years of hospital nursing experience
1 year of Emergency Department (ED) or Critical Care Nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
