Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents to maximize functional abilities
Develop and implement therapeutic plans of care
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Document progress and communicate with residents and caregivers
Provide education and training to residents and caregivers

Qualifications

Active PT license in MA
3+ years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
BLS certification preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and documentation
Resident-centered care approach
Analytical and decision-making skills
