Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents in skilled nursing and post-acute settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their highest functional potential
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care
Document accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Participate in care conferences and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care

Education

Physical Therapist degree

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical expertise in rehabilitation therapy
