Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, flexible schedule options including 3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8s, 36-40 hours/week, evening hours available

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and evaluate and treat individuals
Develop and implement treatment plans
Document patient progress and outcomes
Supervise and develop assistants involved in patient care
Contribute to the operation of the Health System

Qualifications

Current active state license as a Physical Therapist
1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
BLS/BCLS certification
Strong clinical skills, documentation, and patient outcomes
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
