Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (5x8), potentially 4x10s, discuss in interview

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop and implement treatment plans
Provide high-quality patient care
Collaborate with healthcare professionals
Utilize NextGen EHR for documentation

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license
1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
BLS/BCLS certification
Experience with NextGen EHR

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Rehabilitation therapy principles
Case management and screening skills
Ability to work with diverse patient populations
