Roles & Responsibilities

Prioritize start of care visits
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
Complete next-day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
Maintain timely communication with supervisor and team

Qualifications

Active CA PT License
1 year of Home Health experience
Strong clinical and communication skills

Education

Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills
