Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to understand their physical and functional needs
• Create and implement personalized care plans that help patients achieve their goals
• Document patient progress and outcomes to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on strategies for pain management and improved function
• Champion patient safety by identifying risks and taking proactive steps

Qualifications

• Valid Montana Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• At least 2 years of physical therapy experience (preferred)

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (PointClick)
• Sound judgment and the ability to remain professional in stressful situations
• A commitment to confidentiality and patient-centered care
