Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments and interventions
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit demands
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Pediatric nursing principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy and patience when caring for children and families
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
• Skills in IV therapy, medication administration, and wound care
