Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Provide compassionate, family-centered care in a pediatric setting

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in pediatric care preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Ability to assess and document patient progress
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
